On behalf of Huellitas, we want your order to arrive as soon as possible and in perfect condition. Below you will find all the information about our shipping.
Shipping Zones
We ship to:
- Spain (mainland): all postal codes.
- International: check availability for your country during the checkout process. If your address does not appear as an option, unfortunately, we cannot ship to that area at the moment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders to mainland Spain, with no minimum purchase amount.
For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times begin from when the order is processed and shipped, not from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.
(Delivery times may be affected by holidays, high-demand campaigns like Black Friday or Christmas, or causes beyond our control such as carrier incidents).
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before being shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package at all times.
International Shipping: Customs and Taxes
For shipments outside Spain, the order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees of the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before placing your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
